Welcome to HS Vault. By accessing our store and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders and Payments

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order due to stock unavailability or verification issues. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfers across Pakistan. For high-value orders, we may contact you via WhatsApp or call to verify details before shipping.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days for major cities and 5–7 business days for the rest of Pakistan. As per standard courier company policies, customers are strictly not allowed to open the parcel before making the full payment to the rider.

3. Returns and Exchanges

To exchange a defective or damaged item, you must report it to our customer support within 3 days of delivery. The product must be completely unused, unworn, and in its original premium packaging with all protective plastics and tags intact. We do not accept returns for a change of mind once the package is opened.

4. Pricing and Information

All prices are listed in PKR. We reserve the right to modify prices, update product descriptions, or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
